RENT TO OWN – ONE OF THE BEST INVESTMENT STRATEGIES

I attended a course on Rent to Own Investing last weekend by Mark Loeffler and these are some of the most important points about it.

  1. Money: 15 – 50% per Annum ROI, higher security deposits from the tenant buyers, no property management company required, and when worked properly you could get cashflow even if you are financing 100% of the property!
  2. Time: The tenant buyers are responsible for the maintenance, upgrades and upkeep of the property. The tenant has pride of ownership, so most of the calls you will get is to let you know that they upgraded the washroom, the kitchen or the flooring of the house. Last but not least, your team does the work.
  3. People: We have a fixed exit strategy, promote home ownership, create a win win situation for everyone and it cashflows in an market! You also get to meet lots of amazing people that have gone through tough times and build great relationships.
